We help beauty brands develop their market entry strategy for entering the UK and international retail markets, and then manage the implementation of that on the brands behalf. ?We have contacts in retailers around the world and focus on the UK, USA, Canada, Austraila and Asia. Determining which countries your products will have the best sales opportunity is part of the entry strategy work.?

We produce a P&amp;L for each market detailing the costs the brand is likely to incurr and the potential sales once the strategy is implemented. This ensures the brand owners are aware of the upside as well as the downside before any investment is made. It's easy to get all 'rosy glowed' about an international opportunity and we believe in being realistic and practical about what's really involved, along with getting rather excited about the opportunity available to you!

Once the strategy is clear, including the brand postioning and pricing, which may be different to the UK, we develop a retailer pitch deck and start implementing the plan on your behalf, contacting the retailers and buyers and setting up logistics, warehousing, and local social media/PR agencies where needed. ?This means you do not require an in-country presence as we can manage all that for you. ?
